Design and Assembly
Once the configuration was approved, our team began fabrication at our Cambridge facility. The furnace shell was built using reinforced steel and high-grade refractory insulation, ensuring both durability and thermal containment. The heating system was assembled with 12 silicon carbide rods, arranged for optimal heat distribution and easy access.
Electrical panels were wired to meet UL standards, and the control system was programmed for real-time diagnostics, temperature control, and shift performance tracking.

Before shipment, the EM-B-3500 underwent a full factory acceptance test (FAT), including:
