Manufacturing in Motion

Once the order was confirmed, our production team began fabrication at our facility.

Shell Fabrication & Lining

  • The outer shell was fabricated from thick-gauge carbon steel, welded and stress-relieved to prevent warping under thermal load.

  • The interior was lined with high-density refractory brick, followed by layers of ceramic fiber blanket insulation to minimize heat loss and improve fuel efficiency.

  • The furnace lid was reinforced with a counterweight system for safe, ergonomic access during maintenance.

 

Testing & Quality Assurance

 

Before shipment, the GM-A-220 underwent a rigorous multi-day testing protocol:

  • Thermal cycling tests to verify insulation performance and temperature stability

  • Burner ignition and flame stability trials under varying load conditions

  • Temperature hold tests to confirm ±5°C accuracy over 12-hour cycles

  • Safety system validation including flame failure response and over-temp shutdown

  • Control panel diagnostics to ensure accurate sensor readings and alarm functionality

All test results were documented in a comprehensive QA report, which was included in the customer’s delivery packet along with:

Ready for Shipment​

With testing complete and documentation finalized, the GM-A-220 aluminum gas holding furnace was prepared for shipment.

  • The furnace was wrapped to be protected against moisture

  • Mounted on a custom steel skid with vibration dampening supports

  • The control cabinet and accessories were boxed, labeled, and secured too

  • A flatbed truck was scheduled for pickup, with GPS tracking and delivery confirmation set for the following week
